Joe Shanaphy is the best car salesman we've ever dealt with.  He patiently took us through a variety of different vehicles to determine our needs until we landed on the Eos ... which I LOVE!!  The entire process was by far the easiest time ever at any dealership.  The finance person took the time to explain our options and give us advice. If anyone I know is interested in a Volkswagen I will wholeheartedly recommend Joe as the only salesman they should deal with and Crestmont as the dealership of choice.

Sorry I had already purchased my vehicle before asking you about the fee yesterday. Another dealer lured me using promotion but eventually I found the car sales price on contract was not the same as we agreed at negotiating. They played me by letting me believe acquisition fee and preparation fee were something everyone must pay like documentation fee. I didn't realize the trick until I found these 2 fees sales mentioned was not on contract but were added into car sales price...and they said I agreed that's why I signed...What a dishonest dealer. I regret I didn't come to you as I did feel you are honest. I don't know if there is anything I can do at this time...but I may try to report this to proper org and post the info to internet. Thank you for your time with me.

The person we dealt with @ Crestmont Toyota was a gentleman named John Dwyer. John was knowledgeable in the product line, polite & whose objective was not only to make a sale for himself but also took into consideration our needs.  We had other dealers who completely turned us off by there hard sell tactics who goal was to have us sign papers without time to think things out. These hard sell tactics might work well with uneducated consumers but would not work well with us. John was patient with us when we told him we needed time to decide exactly what model of Toyota we wanted.  His follow-up was excellent as he called us regularly to find out if there were any questions he could answer for us that would make our decision easier. John is a sincere individual who drives a hard but fair bargain.  He gained our confidence and made the sale with us which was amicable to both sides.  We would without a doubt recommend dealing with him at the Toyota dealership.

I drove my new Rabbit home tonight.  I worked with Bob Bauch.  
I had been to three other Volkswagen dealers and found Crestmont on the internet.  The other dealers were closer to home, but I decided to venture out to your place.  I was there twice on Saturday and decided to lease a Rabbit from you.  I could have gone to one of the others but there is something different and better about your dealership.  I think it was the best experience I've had buying a car. 
On a personal note, I found Bob Bauch to be a real gentleman.  I have never said that about a car salesman in my life.  (Please don't be insulted by that statement, but I have a great deal of anxiety when I buy a car.)  If anyone asks me about my car, I will certainly give them Bob's card.  It was a pleasure to work with him.

My husband is disabled and the dealership was very accommodating to our needs and were very willing to work with us in purchasing our vehicle. I live a lot closer to Prestige auto on route 17.  I wanted to look at another Avalon and went there to see the new model. I was not thrilled with the way I was treated, but wanted to give Toyota "one last shot".  I am very glad that I did.  The staff at Crestmont couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. .. -If I could just figure out the ins and outs of the GPS system I'd be thrilled! - You have a great team and I appreciate the way everyone there goes about their business.  First class all the way.

Our salesman Tom was very kind , helpful and very professional. at the end the sale manager was very smart and straightforward, we got a reasonable price and no hidden charge.It was a great experience. Even the financial manager, I forgot his name he is not  tried to force us to buying something like most dealers do, he just present the package to you.  There was no hassle and very present car purchase experience.

We dealt with Rob, who was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very straightforward (no b.s. like you get at other places) and took his time with us, and answered all of our questions. I had almost given up on buying a Toyota due to horrific experiences at both Towne Toyota and Toyota Universe. I actually had to forcefully demand that Toyota Universe return my bill of sale for my clunker and walked out barely able to refrain from using vulgar language. If not for the exceptionally professional and pleasant manner of all Crestmont Toyota staff I not only would have bought from a different car manufacturer I would have seriously advised friends and family to avoid Toyota cars and trucks due to my unpleasant experiences at Town Toyota and Toyota Universe. Due to Crestmont Toyota staff I will be directing everyone I meet interested in buying a new car to visit Crestmont Toyota before making a purchase. Although I have not driven it very much yet, having had managed a private companies car and truck repair facility in my younger days I am very happy with your product and impressed with how far Toyota has come. I am looking forward to dealing with Crestmont Toyota when it is time to replace my Camry.
