drove my new Rabbit home tonight. I worked with Bob Bauch. I had been
to three other Volkswagen dealers and found Crestmont on the internet.
The other dealers were closer to home, but I decided to venture out to
your place. I was there twice on Saturday and decided to lease a Rabbit
from you. I could have gone to one of the others but there is
something different and better about your dealership. I think it was
the best experience I've had buying a car. On a personal note, I found
Bob Bauch to be a real gentleman. I have never said that about a car
salesman in my life. (Please don't be insulted by that statement, but I
have a great deal of anxiety when I buy a car.) If anyone asks me
about my car, I will certainly give them Bob's card. It was a pleasure
to work with him.

live a lot closer to Prestige auto on route 17. I wanted to look at
another Avalon and went there to see the new model. I was not thrilled
with the way I was treated, but wanted to give Toyota "one last shot". I
am very glad that I did. The staff at Crestmont couldn't have been
friendlier or more accommodating. .. -If I could just figure out the ins

the sale manager was very smart and straightforward, we got a reasonable
price and no hidden charge.It was a great experience. Even the
financial manager, I forgot his name he is not tried to force us to
buying something like most dealers do, he just present the package to
