Ironically, prior to receiving this survey request, I had planned on calling the dealership to speak to someone in management regarding my experience at Crestmont. I can say, without question, that I have never had such a pleasant experience in having my car serviced. This was my first time at Crestmont and Dave in service was thoughtful, professional, thoroughly communicative, and honest. My husband and I were both overly impressed with the quality of service and Dave's incredibly personable demeanor. Thanks so much for such a smooth and stress-free experience...especially since car repairs are notorious for being an anxiety-ridden headeache! Not to mention...my car drives like a dream now. :)

The service dept was excellent. We dropped the car off at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon by 4:30 the service called.to explain what was going on and also said they were already working the car and we can pick it up before closing at 7:00 pm. We were shocked at how fast it all was. What a fabulous experience, we would highly recommend to anyone.
